I am a level 3 football coach and level 2 fitness instructor, I have been coaching football 8 years in both the USA and the UK. Prior to Capital Coaching I coached for Arsenal in the community, operated as a talent scout for Charlton Athletic FC.

Been playing competitive football for 16 years and have been top goal scorer 14 times. Had spells playing for Welling Utd, Dartford F.C, Greenwich Borough and Woverhampton Wanderers. Started my 6 year career of coaching at Arsenal in the community and now coach for Warlingham Colts.

I have been a qualified coach for 7 years and have coached for a number of different local sides. Currently coach Crook Log Boys and have won the 'A' Division back to back. I had a season playing in South Carolina, USA in 2000 and I am now a primary school teacher working in Croydon, South London.
